Children
We are again able to provide child care for Friday 9am-4:30pm and Saturday 9am-noon. There will be no child care on Friday evening. - can email me at brad.j.hooper@gmail.com. On Saturday the child care will be in the same building as the conference, but please still let me know if folks will be bringing children.
Notes
No meal on Sat. evening: In the original email it was stated that there would be a dinner provided for all conference guests on Saturday evening. This is no longer the case, as we feel that most of you will want to get home in good time following the conference.
Accommodation:
- There is no cost to attend the conference itself, but you will have to cover your own accommodation.
- For our international guests, we will try to host as many of you as we can in various homes of our church family, in order to lessen your cost in coming to the conference.
